Music Industry

I just thought about entertainment and music while writing this blog, "Aint nobody got time for that!" The music industry is a very complex industry. You have to be able to maneuver yourself in the most strategic way possible to keep yourself climbing to the top. What keeps this industry going? The hustle it provides? The consumers its products produce? Entertainment is very diverse in all concepts, from music, theatre, and dance to fine arts, games, and others. Lots of money is put into brands (artist') and the impact that those brands have on the consumer. With that being stated what will it take for someone to reach the top in this industry?

The Understanding of Music

What you and I listen to that is organized under harmonies and melodies are known simply as music. Many of us simply believe music to be just good tunes that can have us bumping and jiving and fail to understand music’s full potential. Music is educational and therapeutic. It can be both a physical and psychological healer.

When you wake up in the morning what favorite song can keep a rhythm in motion for you? Which style of music, fast, slow, up beat, down beat? Music takes impact in the little things that most do not even realize as influence. Whether it may be increasing energy or the renewal of optimism. Music also plays a significant role on what you watch. Take for instance a movie with a sad ending. Slow subtle and melancholy toned music will cause a feeling of depression. However, listening to a fanfare of trumpets, leads to a perceived feeling of victory. Influence happens even with children from singing lullabies to memorizing lines in plays, music takes on an impact.
